Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location
- Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of the shift
- Ability to bend, reach and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
- Food handler certification may be required based on local regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English
- General knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
- Ability to perform basic business math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, partners and the public
Job Duties
- Deliver effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests
- Use point of sale system/cash register to record orders and compute order amounts
- Collect payment from guests
- Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Follow all company operation policies and procedures
- Make recommendations to enhance restaurant operations
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
