Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or cashier experience helpful but not required
- ability to handle physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting
- demonstrate integrity and honesty
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to follow club policies and procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise accurately through point-of-sale systems
- accept various payment forms including cash and check
- provide excellent member service and resolve concerns
- maintain cleanliness of the frontline area
- assist with self-checkout and scan pan lanes
- adhere to club policies and productivity standards
- support other departments as needed
- ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
- execute GOLD member standards consistently
- stock merchandise and maintain accurate signage
- assist members with technical difficulties at self-checkout
