Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at point of sale
- Manage customer transactions efficiently using POS system
- Maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
- Uphold the brand and store appearance standards
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
- Maintain cash wrap and control merchandise consistently
- Demonstrate professionalism in all customer interactions
- Answer telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner
