Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers warmly and actively
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers
- Adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted sale items, pricing discrepancies, and transaction procedures
- Maintain food safety compliance and store safety by identifying hazards and reporting them
- Provide excellent customer support, including assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Operate POS system effectively and participate in store safety and equipment maintenance protocols
