Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cashier preferred for Head Cashier role
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours.

- Experience in cashiering or retail environment
- Knowledge of point of sale systems
- Ability to train and coach others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations
- Capability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
Job Duties
- Process checkout transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Assist customers by providing product knowledge and identifying selling opportunities
- Position and support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions
- Approve markdowns and process returns across registers
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Participate in training and coaching of new Cashiers and Front End Associates.
