Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or cashier role advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk continuously during shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow store policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco compliance
- Manage voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations properly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of front end and personal appearance
- Meet goals related to Bottom of the Basket sales
- Participate in training programs
- Maintain positive customer engagement
- Improve speed and efficiency of service
- Perform other store duties as assigned
