Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and coach other employees
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and quickly
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area to ensure smooth operation
- Position Cashiers effectively on the floor to maximize efficiency
- Expedite price checks and approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer service issues
- Assist in training new Cashiers and coaching team members
- Participate in maintaining policies to minimize shrink
