Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability
- achieve or exceed all established goals including sales and productivity metrics
- use selling skills and customer service standards as per company training
- develop and maintain relationships with customers through friendly and excellent service
- participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- maintain company standards for appearance, performance, and grooming
- handle multiple customers and projects and manage merchandise tagging efficiently
- communicate customer merchandise needs to store management
- ensure control of merchandise and daily cash wrap maintenance
- demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone communication
