Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills with ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
- Must lift/carry products weighing up to 30 lbs for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs for up to 50 hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write, and count
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints
- Follow all front end procedures including register operation, calculator, and scanner use
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and provide product location directions
- Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition and execute related duties as assigned
