Job Requirements

  • Morning or afternoon availability Monday through Friday preferred
  • Able to speak to customers about current store promotions and offers
  • Adhere to established customer experience practices
  • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately process transactions and handle money according to procedures
  • Follow merchandising procedures and company standards
  • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
  • Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support store shrink reduction goals
  • Participate in safety awareness activities
  • Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Flexible schedule to support business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Retail customer experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction
  • Embody customer experience principles and philosophy
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
  • Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
  • Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards
  • Participate in store recovery throughout the day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
