Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- expedite price checks for cashiers
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for various service desks
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
- participate in training new cashiers and coaching other cashiers
