Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to operate POS and credit card machines
- Previous experience with cash handling preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Legally allowed to serve alcohol

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and receive food orders
- Repeat food orders and charge the appropriate price for each menu item
- Receive the correct amount tendered and provide change
- Enact gift card transactions requested by guests
- Be familiar with menu and pricing
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Make corrections to orders efficiently
- Identify and respond to counterfeit money
- Verify age for alcoholic beverage service
- Maintain neat personal appearance and hygiene
- Keep work area clean
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Complete in-service training and adhere to attendance and uniform policies
- Support safety and risk management plans
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data
- Comply with laws and company policies
- Foster teamwork and positive communication
- Address complaints and promote positive public relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
