Job Duties
- Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience possible
- Completing all transactions quickly and accurately
- Offering the Protection Plan on all eligible products and promoting the credit card on customer transactions with incentive pay
- Supporting the team by helping put away products, executing price changes, and completing other tasks that enhance customer service
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude that contributes to a winning team culture
- Assisting customers with questions and providing knowledgeable product information
- Ensuring the checkout area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
