Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to two years of relevant work experience
  • Prior cashier or food service experience
  • Valid ServSafe or Food Handler Certification
  • Legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain high personal hygiene and grooming standards
  • Ability to work beyond normal hours if necessary

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, receive and repeat food orders, charge the appropriate price for menu items, receive correct payment and provide accurate change
  • Enact gift card transactions requested by guests
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and prices
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Correct guest orders promptly and accurately
  • Identify and respond to counterfeit money situations
  • Verify age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction through professional service
  • Maintain neat, clean uniform and personal hygiene
  • Keep work area tidy and clean
  • Clean and maintain payment equipment
  • Complete in-service training requirements and comply with attendance, uniform, and dress codes
  • Support safety, confidentiality, lawful work environment, and teamwork initiatives
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
  • Promote positive public relations with guests and community
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
