Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language spoken at the work location
- Basic computer skills for order entry
- Strong guest service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical stamina to perform duties involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100 percent of the time
- Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Use computer systems to input order information
- Be guest sensitive and manage timing for different dining experience elements such as drinks, food, and dessert
- Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours
- Maintain balance and physical ability to bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays up to 25 pounds
- Clean and wipe down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and pick up debris in all restaurant areas
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
- Follow proper uniform standards
- Cross-train into multiple positions including server, host, and catering
