Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language spoken at the work location
  • Basic computer skills for order entry
  • Strong guest service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform duties involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100 percent of the time
  • Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • Use computer systems to input order information
  • Be guest sensitive and manage timing for different dining experience elements such as drinks, food, and dessert
  • Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours
  • Maintain balance and physical ability to bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays up to 25 pounds
  • Clean and wipe down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and pick up debris in all restaurant areas
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
  • Follow proper uniform standards
  • Cross-train into multiple positions including server, host, and catering
