Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year cashier experience for head cashier role
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • process checkout and return transactions
  • monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
  • proactively seek product and project knowledge to inform customers and identify sales opportunities
  • follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
  • position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
  • approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
  • provide first level escalation for customer issues
  • assist in coaching and training other front end associates
