Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Support cashiers by expediting price checks and approving point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
- Participate in training new cashiers and develop cashier team performance
- Identify selling opportunities by providing product knowledge to customers
