Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
- Certification in food handling as required by region
- Certification in alcohol handling as required by region
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests when they enter the sports bar
- Make personalized and authentic connections with guests
- Manage takeout orders from receipt through payment
- Create legendary experiences for guests through exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with food handling and alcohol regulation requirements
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in the cashiering process
- Support team members during peak game-time periods
