Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to operate a cash register
- availability for flexible scheduling including afternoons, evenings and weekends
- willingness to undergo training
- good numerical and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred
- ability to perform cashiering duties accurately
- strong communication and customer service skills
- capability to handle cash and complete cash reports
- willingness to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- ability to maintain cleanliness and comply with safety standards
Job Duties
- perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- issue receipts to customers
- follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
- manage all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring cash drawer compliance
- observe customer purchases and differentiate between standard portions
- replenish condiments, coffee, beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- keep pastry case stocked
- comply with company service standards and cash control procedures
- ensure adherence to all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
