Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cashier or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate POS and credit card equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand, reach, lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain composure under pressure
- Compliance with company appearance and hygiene standards
- Legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Commitment to safety regulations and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests, receive food orders, repeat food orders, charge the appropriate price for each menu item ordered by guests, receive the correct amount tendered by guests and provide the correct change for each transaction
- Enact gift cards requested by guests
- Remain familiar with and up to date with the restaurant's menu and prices
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Make corrections to guest orders quickly and efficiently
- Detect counterfeit money and respond appropriately to counterfeit situations
- Verify age requirements prior to serving alcoholic beverages
- Treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Maintain personal hygiene and neat uniform
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Clean and maintain equipment used
- Complete in-service training, attend work punctually, and comply with uniform and safety codes
- Support company mission, values, and vision
- Implement safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data
- Comply with laws prohibiting harassment and discrimination
- Cooperate and work well with co-workers
- Use tactful communication in sensitive situations
- Follow up on complaints and concerns appropriately
- Promote positive public relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
