Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
- ability to operate POS and credit card machines
- ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push or pull items up to 50 lbs
- good personal hygiene and grooming
- ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling or cashier experience preferred
- proficiency in operating POS and credit card equipment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations

- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests, receive food orders, repeat food orders, charge the appropriate price for each menu item ordered by guests, receive the correct amount tendered by guests and provide the correct change for each transaction
- enact gift card transactions requested by guests
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and prices
- interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- correct guest orders promptly and accurately
- identify and respond appropriately to counterfeit money situations
- verify age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
- ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service
- maintain a neat and clean work uniform and personal hygiene
- keep the work area clean and organized
- clean and maintain restaurant equipment
- complete in-service training requirements and comply with attendance and dress codes
