Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling burgers, fries, and other menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning tables, restrooms, and other areas
- Assist with stocking and restocking supplies, ensuring adequate quantities of ingredients and supplies are available
- Help other team members with their tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and food handling procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food preparation, customer service, and safety.
