Job Requirements
- Food Handler Certification
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- Strong cash handling skills
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
- Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance register at end of shift
- Assist in maintaining a clean workplace

- Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
