Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- knowledge of food safety principles is a plus
Job Duties
- Provides a "wow" experience to our guests by bringing our awesome menu to life
- greets all guests in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner
- takes guest orders and repeats order to ensure accuracy
- offers information and suggestions about menu to the guest
- assembles and expedites items to complete guest orders
- processes cash and credit card transactions
- ensures cash drawer balances at the end of the shift
- communicates with team regarding order status and availability of product
- maintains guest contact areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
- understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards
- adheres to all company food and safety guidelines
