Job Requirements
- valid food handler's card preferred
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday with varying hours
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good customer service attitude

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- ability to operate a cash register accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- issue receipts to customers
- follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure cash drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards
- observe customer purchases and differentiate between standard portions
- replenish condiments, coffee, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- keep pastry case stocked
- ensure compliance with company service standards and cash control procedures
- maintain sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
