Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience or training in the restaurant industry
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to attend and successfully complete required ongoing training or certifications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced, humid, and sometimes smoky environments
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

- Greet guests warmly at the front register or drive-thru
- Account for cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Prepare and fulfill take-out orders promptly
- Answer the front phone and assist with guest inquiries
- Expedite food to tables efficiently
- Maintain a positive and energetic environment during shifts
- Multi-task to complete duties quickly and effectively
