Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to participate in training and adhere to company policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
- Participate in cashier training and follow company policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco compliance
- Ensure personal cashier productivity goals are met
- Communicate and enforce standards for quality, safety, loss prevention, and food safety
