Job Duties
- Greet guests and receive food orders
- Repeat food orders to confirm accuracy
- Charge the appropriate price for each menu item ordered
- Receive the correct amount tendered and provide correct change
- Enact gift cards requested by guests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu and prices
- Make corrections to guest orders efficiently
- Identify and handle counterfeit money situations
- Verify age before serving alcoholic beverages
- Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Clean and maintain equipment used
- Complete in-service training and adhere to attendance and dress codes
