Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 1-2 years of cashiering experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in cash handling and front end equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write, and count
Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately
- Handle customer cash, credit, and debit payments
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store product locations
- Follow all front-end procedures accurately
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
- Ensure checkout areas are clean and orderly at all times
