Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability
- Achieve or exceed all established store and individual goals
- Utilize selling skills and customer service standards from company training
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through friendly interactions
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming
- Manage merchandise tagging, handle multiple customers, and maintain cash wrap daily
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
- Demonstrate professionalism with customers and in answering telephone calls
