Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol
- ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 lbs or less

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in cash handling or customer service preferred
- ability to operate a POS system
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of company policies and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Greet guests, receive food orders, repeat food orders, charge the appropriate price for each menu item ordered by guests, receive the correct amount tendered by guests and provide the correct change for each transaction
- enact gift card transactions requested by guests
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and prices
- interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- correct guest orders quickly and accurately
- identify and manage counterfeit money situations
- verify age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
- ensure guest satisfaction through courteous treatment
- maintain neat and clean uniform and personal hygiene
- keep work area and equipment clean and well-maintained
- complete in-service training, adhere to attendance and dress codes
- support safety and security procedures
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- comply with anti-harassment and non-discrimination policies
- cooperate with co-workers and use good judgment
- communicate tactfully in sensitive situations
- follow up on complaints and concerns
- promote positive public relations
- perform additional duties as requested
