Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as a cashier
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Knowledge of store policies and procedures
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe customer service
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Seek product and project knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities
- Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
- Position and support cashiers by expediting price checks and approving point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
