Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- provide excellent customer service by sharing product and project knowledge
- position and support cashiers
- expedite price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching and training of front end associates
- participate in training of new cashiers
- utilize tools to coach and develop other cashiers
