- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment

Job Duties
- Be visible and actively greet, engage, and assist customers
- Process customer transactions through the check lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers according to company policy
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on cash shortages, overages, and restricted sale items
- Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator and follow procedures for gift cards, postage stamps, and coupons
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and actively reinforce safety programs
- Create a welcoming environment by answering product-related questions and assisting customers throughout the store
