Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding store and individual goals
- Achieve sales targets including average dollar sale, units per transaction, and conversion rates
- Use company selling skills and customer service standards
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with a friendly attitude
- Participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and grooming
- Manage merchandise control and cash wrap consistently
- Provide professional customer service and handle telephone inquiries
- Print merchandise tags and handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
