Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or cashier role is valuable
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- positive and outgoing personality
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Take orders at the register
- guide guests through the menu
- provide friendly and hospitable service
- participate in the team tip pool
- connect passionately with guests
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and order at the front of the house
- support team members with various tasks as needed
