Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers actively and engage with them
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Manage various tenders including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, coupons, and loyalty offers
- Adhere to company policies on cash handling and restricted items
- Report pricing discrepancies and follow coupon and gift card procedures
- Stay updated on current and seasonal promotions and ads
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and safety procedures
- Support customers by answering questions about products and store policies
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict professionally
- Handle customer and business information with honesty and integrity
- Provide assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Follow directions and seek help to resolve customer and business issues
