Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established goals
- Achieve or exceed sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion, charge accounts and contests targets
- Utilize selling skills and customer service standards as per company training
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through friendly and excellent service
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and grooming
- Manage multiple customers, print merchandise tags timely, and maintain store appearance
- Communicate customer merchandise needs and collaborate with store management
- Ensure consistent control of merchandise and cash wrap daily
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone handling
