Job Requirements
- Must lift and carry product weighing up to 30 lbs horizontally and vertically for distances up to 3 feet for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs horizontally for distances up to 4 feet for up to 50 hours
- be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- be at least 18 years old
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- ability to operate front end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner
- possess strong communication skills
- ability to perform repetitive tasks and multitask
- be dependable and reliable

Job Duties
- Process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- handle cash, credit/debit payments, and give correct change
- assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- follow front end procedures and assist with stocking, facing, and dusting shelves
- maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
- keep checkout areas clean and orderly
- communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
