Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year cashier experience
- proficiency in handling cash and electronic transactions
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle transactions accurately

- familiarity with retail Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- provide customers with product and project knowledge
- identify selling opportunities
- follow policies to minimize shrink
- position Cashiers and expedite price checks
- approve various Point of Sale transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates
- participate in training new Cashiers
- utilize all tools for coaching and development
