Job Requirements

- minimum one year of cashier experience
- excellent communication skills

- ability to manage and train staff
- proficiency with Point of Sale technology

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers
- position and support cashiers including expediting price checks
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns across registers
- provide first-level escalation for customer issues
- assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
