Job Duties
- maintains an upbeat and engaging disposition, greeting guests with a smile
- maintains up to date knowledge of all current specials and promotions of the facility
- provides exceptional customer service to all guests by answering questions about the facility, assisting guests in making purchases, and responding to guest needs
- maintains the daily operation of the admissions, retail, arcade, gold digger, or other assigned area
- assists guests with redeeming online tickets or purchasing tickets for entry into the park
- actively upsells guests on targeted products to increase guest spending and engagement
- assists in merchandising functions including display, inventory receiving, stocking and daily record keeping
- assists arcade guests with change, redeeming tickets for prizes, and all other transactions throughout the arcade
- conducts cash handling including point of sale cash registers
- ensures assigned areas achieve high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and service
- promotes a safe and professional workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures
- flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands and weather
