Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- ability to operate front end equipment
- dependable and reliable with flexible schedule availability
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and work in a team
- ability to multi-task and stay organized
- able to lift/carry product up to 30 lbs for distance up to 3 feet
- able to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs for distance up to 4 feet
- strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills

Job Duties
- Process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service
- handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately
- assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- follow all front end procedures
- assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting as needed
- maintain checkout areas clean and orderly
- maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events
- communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
