Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of retail cashier experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • reliability and punctuality
  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • process checkout and/or return transactions
  • monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
  • position cashiers during shifts
  • expedite price checks
  • approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, self-checkout, returns, pro desk, special services, and tool rental
  • provide first level escalation for customer issues
  • assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
