Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math including counting, addition, and subtraction
- Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk preferred

Job Duties
- Greet, engage, and assist customers actively
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle various payment types including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, coupons, and loyalty offers
- Adhere to company policies on cash shortages, restricted items, and checkout procedures
- Report pricing discrepancies and maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and practice preventive maintenance on equipment
- Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing support
- Follow all applicable laws, company guidelines, and safety procedures
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
