Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience as a Cashier
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic computer skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to handle cash and electronic transactions
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of Cashier experience
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lead and support a team
- knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- effective communication skills
- problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- expedite price checks for Cashiers
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for various registers
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
- participate in training new Cashiers
