Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe customer service
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- seek product/project knowledge to inform and identify selling opportunities
- follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
- position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front-end associates
- participate in training new cashiers and utilize available tools for cashier development
