Job Duties

  • Make every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction
  • Handle transactions at the cash register carefully and precisely
  • Clearly explain return policies to customers
  • Answer the phone in a professional manner
  • Keep the work area clean and ensure all necessary supplies are available
  • Respect and follow policies and procedures of head office departments
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team
