Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
- be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- strongly handle cash to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift
- assist in maintaining a clean workplace
- keep front of house clean and stocked
- including restrooms
- restocking products during periods of downtime or as directed
- practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- promote safety in the workplace
- maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to company uniform standards
- receive and handle complaints from guests and guide manager on duty if a problem requires escalation
- leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Wingstop experience
