Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- process customer transactions quickly and accurately
- handle various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and coupons
- adhere to company policies on cash shortages and restricted sales
- report pricing discrepancies
- follow procedures for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions
- comply with food safety regulations
- identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment needed for repair
- create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions
- work cooperatively in a fast-paced setting
